人精浆蛋白双向谱型特征及其器官特异性的研究

本文应用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（2D—PAGE）技术分析了60例正常人精浆中的蛋白成分。阐明了人精浆蛋白双向电泳谱型的特征，并将人精浆蛋白双向电泳谱型与其他体液蛋白双向谱型进行了比较，证明人精浆蛋白双向电泳谱型具有器官特异性。本文还用2D－PAGE对不同条件下保存的精斑进行了认定。并将其应用于强奸案的鉴定。     

Radiographic Identification Using Midline Medical Sternotomy Wires,

Forensic anthropologists are regularly asked to assist with the identification of unknown individuals using comparative medical radiography. This study addressed the use of midline medical sternotomy wires as a means for personal identification. Antemortem and postmortem radiographic comparisons were completed by 46 professional forensic anthropologists and anthropology graduate students familiar with comparative medical radiography as a technique for assessing identification. Participants were asked to make five radiographic matches from a pool of 20 radiographs. Participants also completed an anonymous survey detailing their education level and experience making radiographic comparisons. Participants were 99.5% accurate in matching the radiographs. Sensitivity was 98.7%, and specificity was 99.7%. Logistic regression analysis found no statistically significant differences in the participants' ability to make a correct match. As the high accuracy rates indicate, the shape, size, and various characteristics of the sternotomy wires are individualizing and can confidently be used when assisting with personal identification cases.     

应用降落PCR检测减蛋综合征病毒的研究

根据已发表的减蛋综合征病毒 (EDSV)核苷酸序列设计了 1对扩增长度为 1 .1kb左右的引物 ,采取降落PCR对EDSV gDNA进行扩增。结果 ,从 2份EDSV鸭胚尿囊液、3份人工感染鸡输卵管组织液的核酸抽提物中 ,均扩增出与设计大小完全一致的目的片段 ,而对照样品的扩增均为阴性 ,该方法最低可检测到 32pg的EDSV gDNA。表明该降落PCR用于检测EDSV特异性和敏感性均较强 ,可用于减蛋综合征的诊断     

Sex determination from the talus of Koreans by discriminant function analysis

The aims of this study were to investigate the sex discriminating potential of the talus in Koreans and compare this with other analyses in different populations. Statistical analyses were performed using data from nine measurements acquired from 140 tali (70 men, 70 women). The talus of Koreans is dimorphic between sexes in all measurements (p < 0.01). Discriminant function equations were generated by univariate, multivariate, and stepwise methods with a range of accuracy from 67.1 to 87.1%. Stepwise equations of other populations did not discriminate the sex of the Korean sample as accurately as each equation's own accuracies. The variables with high accuracy in this study are useful for sex determination of Koreans on the basis of confirmation of population specificity.

SCM协议中财税措施地区专向性特别规定初探——兼评美国对华反补贴调查的相关案例及我国的对策

SCM协议地区专向性标准条款中的财税措施特别规定具有经济合理性,并符合WTO的政治考虑。该特别规定认定“有资格”的地方各级政府所采取的“确定或者改变”在其辖区内“普遍适用”税率的补贴措施不具有SCM协议意义上的专向性。我国应充分利用该特别规定提供的政策空间,深化税制改革,协调地方政府地区补贴与SCM协议之间的关系。     

Specificity and independence of the literary game

In developing his theory of the “literary field,” Pierre Bourdieu essentially had in mind the case of France from the second half of the nineteenth century, the use of which as a case undoubtedly contributed to his marginalizing numerous aspects of the national microcosm. Among its unstated and unrecognized particular qualities, France is mono-national (rather than multinational) and monolingual (rather than multilingual), and occupies the dominant position in the international Francophone world (much as Germany is at the heart of the German-speaking world). A state, a nation, a language, a territory, a literature – all of these make one unit and prevent one from considering situations more complex or tangled, such as those of many minority literatures. These allow the tackling of issues – among others, problems of their “autonomy” in relation to realities outside of literature such as the political, religious, linguistic, and economic. Rather than imposing constraints on a research agenda, the study of minority literatures allows one to shed light on the complex and contradictory relations between the political (the national, the communal, and sometimes the state), the market, and the literary game.     

正常月经周期中阴道液蛋白SDS-PAGGE谱型及特异性

采用 SDS-PAGGE,研究了由21个个体提供的共25份(其中4人提供两个周期)月经周期的阴道液蛋白电泳谱型。结果发现阴道液电泳谱型变化与月经周期无关。通过与其它体液对比发现,阴道液电泳具有特异蛋白带,有器官特异性。
