区域集团化的原因在于:经济全球化和各国国内经济发展之间的矛盾运动;追求市场多元化,克服对单一市场的过度依赖;获得政治竞争优势.关税同盟理论表明,区域集团的贸易创造效应可能对世界经济发展有利,贸易转移效应可能对世界经济发展不利;大市场理论表明,区域集团能够促使规模经济形成,加剧竞争,提高管理和刺激技术发展,增进区域内直接投资;奥尔森的理论表明,区域集团会对成员国的各种特殊利益集团形成约束,促进各国经济效率的提高.区域集团化发展给我们的启示是:应以国家长期利益为重,树立均胜观;加强对内开放;加强与周边国家或地区的合作.     

Independence Day as a Cosmopolitan Moment: Teaching International Relations

This essay expands upon a teaching approach that I used in my introductory international relations (IR) course for three semesters prior to September 11, 2001. The vast majority of the curriculum of the course is read through Independence Day , a 1996 blockbuster Hollywood film. Beginning with the film and the concept of world order it arguably provides through a fictional moment of world peace (or hegemony, depending how one interprets the leading role of the U.S. in the film and the significance of the Fourth of July holiday as the world's Independence Day, hence ID4 ) students are able to understand several key concepts in IR theory, as well as the major paradigms of IR thought that I present to them. ID4 presents the viewer with the IR field's two great mythological narratives, realism and idealism, and preserves the notion of the nation-state as the predominant actor and unit of analysis for understanding world history and key events in that history.

分析心理学在许多方面方都受到了实在论的困扰，而解释学的方法却克服了这个困难。如荣格虽不是一个实在论者，但他仍不能超越他那个时代世界观的影响，认为自己理论的主要概念是不依赖人类解释过程的实体。因此，分析心理学一直未能摆脱实在论本身的问题，而这些又恰恰制约了分析心理学临床应用。解释学从分析心理学获得启发，如果分析心理学与后现代主义的若干要素的相融合，将能使我们更好地理解性别、神话和欲望的实质。同时通过对深度心理学的普遍性问题的研究，大幅度地推进我们关于人的成长和人类解释过程的认识。

关于我国针对国际企业转移定价的决策及控制机制研究

目前转移定价机制及其监控机制的不合理严重影响着我国的经济发展以及对国际资本的利用效果。本文从国际转移定价决策机制的已有研究入手，结合我国目前在利用国际资本过程中存在的问题，提出了适合中国国情的转移定价决策机制，并对中国目前应采用的监控机制提出了一些建议。     

Popular punitivism and cultural mediation: The case of Spain

In the last decade, an increasing number of scholars have discussed and articulated embracement of popular punitivism within Spain. The discourse while vital to the study of popular punitivism has missed an important element, specific to the cultural mediators present within the nation. As the current discourse has missed this vital component, the intent of this article is to examine how a post-Franco Spain emerged to embrace elements of popular punitivism, most notably the use of prisons, while embracing a penal structure and philosophy that is reintegrative at its core. As such, it is offered that the cultural factors present within the nation have enabled it to mitigate some of the most harmful characteristics of popular punitivism     

Innocents and Oracles: The Child as a Figure of Knowledge and Critique in the Middle-Class Philosophical Imagination

Abstract

This paper argues that the figure of the child performs a critical function for the middle-class social imaginary, representing both an essential "innocence" of the liberal individual, and an excluded, unconscious remainder of its project of control through the management of knowledge. While childhood is invested with affect and value, children's agency and opportunities for social participation are restricted insofar as they are seen both to represent an elementary humanity and to fall short of full rationality, citizenship and identity. The diverse permutations of this figure, as it develops in the middle-class imagination, are traced from the writings of John Locke to the films of Michael Haneke (via Charles Dickens and Henry James), to interrogate what this ambivalence regarding childhood reflects about middle-class, adult identity.

无意识理论从不同角度分析无意识的来源,个体无意识、集体无意识与社会无意识区别性地体现于无意识犯罪动机的各个方面,同时,三者又相互结合、相互渗透,与意识到的犯罪动机共同形成系统的犯罪动机状态。以犯罪动机结构为基本模型,可以系统分析无意识犯罪动机在青少年犯罪、过失犯罪、情绪型犯罪、变态型犯罪、群体犯罪与游戏型犯罪等类型犯罪行为动机中的表征,它们与意识状态的犯罪动机共同构成犯罪行为的动机力量。无意识犯罪动机对于在刑事司法实践的应用中深度地揭露犯罪,对于罪犯的心理动力矫正、犯罪性人格与行为改造,均具有独特而重要的价值。
