女性与互联网研究现状回顾

文章以国内“女性与互联网”研究领域学术性较强的论文和实证调查报告为研究对象,从四个方面对其进行分类与思考,即:互联网与女性的关系、互联网与性别不平等、女性作为网络内容和女性作为互联网用户,希望为今后该领域的研究提供有价值的参考。     

Rural land ownership reform in China’s property law

With regard to rural land ownership, there exist many problems, such as absence of the subject of right, ambiguity of the definition of right quality, and imperfection of the taking system. To perfect the rural land ownership system in China, we should continuously take villagers’ groups and villages as the subject of collective ownership and affirm the right of the members of collective organizations. In order to promote the development of the rural economy and realize the value of land, the contractual management right should be deemed as a property right and allowed to be transferred. The transferability of collective land ownership should be gradually established and the process of taking should be further normalized. Meanwhile, the farmers must receive sufficient compensation. The house site usage right is a special form of right of usufruct. To follow the principle that property should be made best use of, the house site usage right should also be transferable.     

网络文化背景下大学生思想教育特征与对策分析

网络文化的兴起和发展,一方面正加速改变着大学生的思维方式、价值观念、行为方式,另一方面也给大学生思想教育的方式和途径带来严峻挑战。着力研究网络文化背景下大学生思想教育特征,积极探索网络文化背景下大学生思想教育的具体对策,是新世纪大学生思想教育适应网络化时代发展的要求。     

后女性主义与性别表演：“网红”及“网红经济”分析

2016年，“网红”成为传媒和经济领域都颇引人注目的一支力量。从女性主义的角度来说，在外形方面，高度同质化的“网红”迎合了男性的色情窥视，也强化了对女性的性别刻板印象。但是“网红”体现出来的巨大经济力量却又在一定程度上挑战了现有的性别秩序。而2016年最为引人注目的 papi 酱，虽然和其他“网红”有着相似的一面，但更以其自身的特质吸引了众多的女性粉丝，体现了网络文化异质多元的一面。     

模拟情景教学法在《现场急救》课程中的应用

选择公安院校学习现场急救课程的72名学生随机分成2组：实验组与对照组,分别采取模拟情景教学法和传统教学法针对同一个内容组织教学,并对理论和实验成绩进行统计分析,然后对模拟情景教学法在现场急救中的应用效果进行评估。结果表明：理论成绩两组无显著差异,实验成绩实验组优于对照组。结论：模拟情景教学法在现场急救中的应用,有助于培养学生团队精神及综合分析解决问题的能力,并能提高学生的现场救护决策能力,同时也极大地提高了学生的学习热情和学习兴趣。     

Social semiotics and platform studies: an integrated perspective for the study of social media platforms

ABSTRACT

The development of web 2.0 was powered by web services that are software systems designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network. It was the choice of standards enabling such interactions that favored communication among different systems and their mash ups. Facebook was the first social networking site to launch a service for developers that exposed its web services and the correlated APIs (application programming interfaces). This choice allowed programmers to create tools that could live within Facebook and turned the social networking site into a platform by enacting its programmability. In order to investigate the possibilities and the constraints offered by social media platforms, there seems to arise the necessity to integrate the analysis of frontend texts (such as posts or comments) and of social media communicative properties with the exploration of an underlying layer constituted by the network of relationships created within an application ecosystem and developed by using web services. The aim of the paper is to present a multi-layered approach to the study of social media platforms that combines the emerging subfield of Semiotic Technology with Platform Studies. The model is here applied to the analysis of Facebook Login Service.     

病毒性出血败血症病毒实时荧光RT-RPA恒温检测方法的建立

为建立一种简单、快速的病毒性出血败血症病毒(VHSV)检测方法,本研究通过比较分析VHSV N基因的保守序列,设计了多对引物和一条探针。经过筛选优化,建立了实时荧光RT-RPA检测方法。该方法在39℃恒温反应20 min即可快速、特异性地检测出VHSV,与其他水生动物病毒不发生交叉反应,该方法检测限为1.83×10^3PFU/mL,利用本研究方法对30份鲑鳟鱼临床样品以及9份鱼类疫病病原样品进行检测,检测结果与荧光定量PCR方法结果一致。上述结果表明,本研究建立的检测方法操作简单,反应灵敏,结果可靠,仪器依赖性低,适用于现场对VHSV快速检测。     

IS Success and Failure—The Problem of Scale

In the midst of Implementing Electronic Government (IEG), the almost knee-jerk reaction of our political elite seems to be to embrace hugely ambitious Information Systems (IS) solutions to public-sector operations. Problem after problem has been viewed as solvable by throwing some big IT at it. However hindsight and a wealth of evidence and examples shows that overly large-scale public-sector IT projects do not work and persistently end in failure and costly waste. In this article we consider IT projects 'failures' and the combination of social and technical factors that contribute. We illustrate our argument with more detailed reference to the Connecting for Health agenda, part of the NHS National Programme for IT. We suggest 'think local, think modular' to build on good practice and advocate use of the government's own 2004 eGovernment Interoperability Framework (eGIF) to learn lessons from past IT project catastrophes.     

试析青少年网上不道德行为的成因

互联网上的不道德现象较为严重。青少年是互联网上不道德行为的重要主体。青少年网上不道德行为的主要成因有网上道德行为失范、网上道德价值冲突、网上道德约束机制不完善、道德教育存在不足等等。应对症下药 ,采取措施减少并杜绝青少年网上不道德行为。     

问题与对策：“刑事和解”制度的实证分析——以和解协议的规制为视角

本文以对刑事和解的实证研究为基础，对实践中存在的刑事和解适用标准不统一、适用率相对较低、适用程序不规范、和解方式单一等问题进行了分析，介绍了针对刑事和解适用范围、刑事和解机构、刑事和解流程等进行的试点改革，并提出了对刑事和解进行规制的建议。
