关于入世后加强上海市外来流动人口长效管理的思考

入世后的上海外来流动人口管理机制,必须满足劳动力要素市场化配置和人才资源自由流动的要求;另一方面,又要结合上海的实际情况,对人口总量予以一定的控制。     

高等教育与经济水平关系的统计分析

用人口加权方法对世界各国的高等教育入学率与人均GNP、农业产值比例关系、服务业产值比例关系、城市化人口比例关系进行统计回归,利用软件进行曲线估计,以此确定在众多回归模型中的最适合模型。利用数学模型,可以为我国的高等教育规划提供科学依据。     

福建省人口老龄化发展趋势及战略对策

人口老龄化是世界人口发展的一种趋势。我国在上世纪七、八十年代推行计划生育政策,导致我国人口老龄化又具有一定的特殊性。本文从福建省老年人口发展的概况、现状入手,对其人口老龄化发展趋势进行分析与探讨,并提出若干建议。     

An interpretation of the genetic polymorphism and population genetic background of Ankang Han population via a novel InDel panel

In this research, genotyping data of 43 InDel loci in 311 Han individuals in Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, China were detected using a self-developed five-dye multiplex amplification panel. The allelic frequencies and forensic parameters of all InDel loci were calculated. The combined power of discrimination and probability of exclusion values were 0.999 999 999 999 999 998 827 39 and 0.999 887 424, respectively, which demonstrated that this 43-InDel panel was powerful for individual identifications in Ankang Han population. Moreover, genetic distances, pairwise F_ST values, principal component analyses, phylogenetic trees and STRUCTURE analyses were performed to investigate the genetic affinities between Ankang Han and reference groups. Population genetic investigations indicated that Ankang Han population had a close genetic relationship with Southern Han population compared with other reference groups.

Population data for Central Portugal population with NGM amplification kit

The purpose of this work was to establish frequencies and population statistic parameters for Central Portugal population using NGM amplification kit as well as carry out a comparative study with other population groups.     

Rainfall,population density and voter turnout

We create a dataset linking rainfall amounts to constituency-level election data for Irish general elections over the period 1989–2016. Rainfall is shown to significantly reduce voter turnout. The marginal effect of rainfall on turnout is greater in densely populated constituencies, where a rainy day decreases turnout by as much as three percentage points (or five percent). Using a theoretical framework based on a rational voting model, we propose two possible explanations for this effect. Firstly, if rural voters have higher civic duty than urban voters, they may be immune to rain on election day. Secondly, mode of transport may play a role. Urban voters are more likely to travel on foot or bicycle, whereas rural voters typically travel by car. Therefore, the cost to voting associated with rainfall may be higher in urban areas. Constituency-level data on mode of transport from 1997 to 2016 provides some empirical support for this hypothesis.     

试论我国人口老龄化的对策

我国在社会经济不太发达的情况下,“未富先老”,像其他经济发达国家一样,跨入了人口老龄化的行列。应积极关注人口老龄化的发展趋势,大力发展老龄产业,建立和完善社会养老保障,探索适合中国国情的养老模式。     

20世纪40年代罗家伦对近代中国民族国家建构与民族发展问题的理论探讨

20世纪40年代,罗家伦顺应中国走向现代化的趋势,从民族与经济、政治、教育、人口、宗教、法律制度、语言文字、地理环境等方面关系的角度探讨了近代中国民族国家建构问题,形成了较为系统的民族发展理论。罗家伦将中国民族国家的建构与现代化联系起来,他所注重的工业化、科学化、民主化以及人的现代化,实质上都是现代化的基本内容。他的民族国家建构理论的主流,正是中华民族在落后的历史条件下,希望通过借鉴世界各国先进的技术和经验,通过自己的发展和创造,赶上先进国家、实现民族现代化的具体体现。     

关于收容遣送综合运作体系的思考

当前,外来流动人口收容遣送工作存在着一定的盲目性。以“高危外来人口群体”为主攻方向,以信息建设为突破口,可以提高外来流动人口收容遣送工作的针对性和有效性。
