论犯罪现场立体勘查

实践经验证明，传统的现场勘查模式正被新型的立体现场勘查模式所代替。这种立体勘查模式的理论基础是一种新型的犯罪现场观，即认为犯罪现场是存储犯罪人在实施整体犯罪活动过程中产生的犯罪信息的空间。在这种犯罪现场观的指导下，犯罪现场勘查的对象得到了极大的丰富。
