试论台海局势缓和对东北亚地区安全形势的影响

中国政府的积极努力,马英九政府对海峡两岸政策的调整,促成了台海局势由紧张对峙到逐步缓和。台海局势缓和不仅缓解了台湾岛内及国际反华分裂势力蓄意利用"台湾牌"造成的东北亚地区紧张形势;而且为海峡两岸与东北亚地区的进一步合作提供了极好的发展契机。实践证明:由于台湾地缘具有的重要性,台海局势缓和是直接关系到海峡两岸和东北亚地区的安全和稳定的重要因素。

正THE announcement of the relaxation of China’s one child policy created great discussion in China and internationally.But its significance was widely misunderstood.Contrary to myth,the increase in China’s labor supply plays little role in China’s rapid economic growth.In reality,96 percent of China’s economic growth comes from factors other than a rising labor supply.Therefore,there is no reason why China’s economy should slow significantly because China’s working age population stopped growing in 2012.The mistaken view,sometimes expressed,that China will grow old before it becomes rich is therefore the reverse of the reality:China will grow rich before it grows old.To demonstrate clearly why,first the facts will be stated and then their implications analysed.     

穴位按压合松弛疗法治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍31例

目的 观察穴位按压加松弛疗法对脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的疗效。方法 将62例脑卒中睡眠障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组采用穴位按压加松弛疗法,对照组每晚睡前30 min口服艾司唑仑,3周后,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）评价睡眠质量。结果 与本组治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后PSQI总分及各因子评分均显著减低（P<0.01）,且治疗组PSQI总分及各因子评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05,或P<0.01）。结论 穴位按压加松弛疗法对脑卒中睡眠障碍具有较好的疗效。
