必须克服以斯大林教科书为范本的“辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义”体系及其模式的缺陷．重新焕发起马克思主义哲学的生机，使之继续走在人类文明的前列。必须因应中国马克思主义哲学理论和实践发展的要求．探索建立马克思主义哲学当代中国化的形态，走向马克思主义哲学发展的新高度。     

Opening up to OERs: Electronic Original Sourcebook Versus Traditional Textbook in the Introduction to American Government Course

Traditional American Government textbooks are expensive and often unpopular with students. New technologies and Open Educational Resources (OERs) open up the potential for change, but questions of quality are ever present: can OERs really help students learn better, or are they just cheaper? I developed an OER based on original sources and compared student learning outcomes with the OER section to those in a free digital textbook section. While the OER I created did not work as well as I had hoped, I nonetheless developed a redesign of my course and my approach to teaching, which is the true benefit of adopting OERs.

中日关系曲折发展,备受各方关注。文章从历史教科书中有关日本的内容入手,更深层次地认识中国大学生的日本观,并简要分析其成因,指出其存在的问题。     

探索与求证——一本监狱学教科书的写作历程

良好的监狱学教科书是开展高质量的监狱学教学工作的必备要素。教科书《监狱学导论》是在监狱领域中进行20多年学习、思考、研究和积累的结果。在写作之前，开展了大量实地考察和调查研究工作，为本书的写作奠定了重要的实务基础。同时，对中国现代化文明监狱、监狱拥挤状况、监狱机构设置、罪犯改造理论、当代西方国家监狱状况等方面的专题研究，为本书的写作准备了重要的理论观点。     

Identity beyond borders: national identity and the post-colonial alternative

The study examines national identity in school curricula against the backdrop of globalization and its forces to create a universal global identity beyond particular affiliations. To that end, the study examines the problematic nature of Western notion of identity formation, and simultaneously asks whether political socialization in the nation-state school system is conducive of the development of cosmopolitan identity, an identity beyond national borders. Jordan, Israel, and Palestine are the three-case studies discussed in this article. Theoretically, the study contributes to the ongoing scholarly debate concerning the question of identity, political socialization, globalization, and nationalism. I make use of postcolonial theories to demonstrate the shortcomings of the logocentric way of theorizing identity as a binary twin, rooted in the relational formation between Self and Other, and search for alternative strategies to identity formation.

正It was fascinating for me to read"China’s New Industrial Revolution"by John Ross and"China,Leader of the Third Industrial Revolution?"by Hu Jiangyun.With reference to the textbook Elementary Economic Theory by K.K.Dewett and J.D.Varma,economic development,as opposed to under-development,implies that a country has a highly economic system.It means highly efficient organization both of agriculture and of industry,a highly developed banking and credit system and adequate development of transport and communications.     

深化婚姻法教学改革 注重学生能力培养

立足于深化教学改革,促进学生素质的提高,就要在婚姻家庭继承法的教学中注意教与学的互动,及时更新教材,解除教材陈旧之患;采取多种教学方法和手段,不断提高教学效果;注重理论研究、以科研促进教学水平的提高。     

国际经济法教科书体系的反思与重构——一种“跨国经济公法”的思路

传统的基于大国际经济法而定位的主流国际经济法教科书体系存在着公私不分、条块分割和内容杂乱的弊端和问题。为此,有必要反思传统大国际经济法教育模式尤其是大国际经济法教科书体系,进而结合国际经济法的制度实践,融会国际经济法的学术理论,借鉴美国国际经济法教科书体系,确立国际经济的“公法”定位,适当分离国际商事交易法和国际经济规制法,打破传统国际经济法教科书模式,阐释跨国经济公法的“公法原理”,贯通国际经济法的“问题”流程,构建权威的“跨国经济公法”教科书“体系”。     

法理学“指导”型知识生产机制及其困难——从法理学教材出发

从知识生产机制的整体视角来看,中国法理学教材还没有走出苏式法理学的框架。苏式法理学教材的"指导"型知识生产机制基于法理学与部门法学具有不同的研究对象这一基本原理,认为法理学是部门法学的指导性学科,并由此决定了"指导"型知识生产机制的运行机制;运行机制包含正面向度和反面向度两个方面,正面向度指的是法理学针对部门法学生产"指导"型知识,反面向度指的是部门法学帮助法理学生产"指导"型知识,法律关系理论和法律行为理论分别典型地对应着这两个方面。然而,对上述理论的检讨表明,"指导"型知识生产机制在运行机制层面是无效的;进一步地,该机制在基本原理层面及其理论基础层面也是错误的,因而应当被抛弃。     

“去中国化”的台湾中学历史教科书编纂

1987年“解严”后,台湾的历史研究逐渐渗入本土主体性问题。李、扁上台以后,开始有步骤地将其导入中学教育,并将台湾“本土主体意识”当做培养“台独意识”的工具,以台湾“教育部长”杜正胜提出的“同心圆理论”为依据,在1994年、2002年、2004年分别进行了“去中国化”的中学历史教育大变动。通过一系列压缩中国史、增大台湾史的教纲修汀,逐渐将中小学历史教科书中的“台湾史”与中国史分离开来,并将“台湾史”作为中小学历史教育内容的主体。这种隐匿着“台独”意洪的“青少年历史思想改造运动”,其最终目的是培养与形塑台湾青少年新的民族与国家认例。
