新社会阶层通过人民政协参政议政的优势——以甘肃省为例

随着我国改革开放的不断深入,在体制转轨、社会转型、观念转变的过程中,新社会阶层不断形成和发展。其主要是以民营科技企业创业技术人才、外资企业管理技术人才、个体户、私营业主、中介组织从业人员、自由职业者六个新社会阶层组成。甘肃省与我国其他发达地区相比,新社会阶层队伍规模较小,但参政议政意识不断增强,愿望强烈,热情较高。相关部门应在不断研究新社会阶层特点的基础上,把握机遇,更好地通过人民政协发挥其参政议政的优势。     

Anxiety Trajectories and Identity Development in Adolescence: A Five-wave Longitudinal Study

The aim of this five-wave longitudinal study was to investigate the relationship between anxiety and adolescent identity development. Participants were 1,313 adolescents who annually completed measures of anxiety and identity. Growth Mixture Modeling (GMM) analyses demonstrated that the adolescent population was best typified by two latent growth trajectory classes: a low anxiety class (n = 1,199) characterized by a low initial level of anxiety that decreased over time and a high anxiety class (n = 114) characterized by a higher initial level of anxiety that increased over time. To answer our research question, we tested a model in which the anxiety classes predicted initial levels and rates of change of three identity dimensions: commitment, in-depth exploration, and reconsideration of commitment. Findings indicated that the high anxiety adolescents displayed a more troublesome identity development than their low anxiety peers, since their commitments became weaker with age, and they reconsidered them intensively.

"喀斯特"课堂教学模式,是一种以教材为基础,以构建为前提,以讲授为引导,以自学为依托,以效益为目标的教学模式.其理论依据是教育心理学中的认知主义、人本主义与建构主义.它遵循"以学生为中心"的教学理念,通过选取少而精的内容作为讲授、引导的教学切入点,由此发散开去,激发学生强烈的听课兴趣和业务钻研的愿望,通过制度设计与安排,引导、鼓励、督促学生积极、主动地搜集、阅读课外专业书籍、资料,努力构建富有个性的知识体系,形成独特的观察、思考、分析、解决问题的方式、方法,为创造性思维的达成奠定基础.     

Making mothers: parenting classes in a women’s jail

In the wake of the War on Drugs, more mothers are incarcerated in US prisons and jails than ever before. Parenting classes have become ubiquitous in penal facilities that incarcerate women, but research about mothers’ experience in parenting class is limited to measures of efficacy about things like parenting attitudes and mental-health indicators. This study supplements existing research by adding an ethnographic lens to women’s experiences with parenting classes during incarceration. Drawing on 18 months of participant observation in the women’s unit of a county jail and 83 interviews with incarcerated mothers, I analyze incarcerated mothers’ experiences with parenting classes. Staff and inmates used parenting classes to create ways for women to do mothering during incarceration. Mothering in your head, longing to mother, and guilt as mothering enabled incarcerated mothers to maintain their identities as mothers despite their separation from their children. However, these practices could also be poor substitutes for spending time with children and did not necessarily reflect the reality of women’s lives outside of jail. These ways of doing mothering from afar were also a form of social control for the penal institution, as these mothering behaviors were consistent with being a good inmate.

高校思想政治教育课教学存在的问题及对策分析

切实加强和改进大学生思想政治教育课的教学工作,对于确保实现社会主义现代化的宏伟目标,具有重大而深远的战略意义。在现实中,思想政治教育课的效果不尽如人意,尚存一些突出问题;针对这些问题,有必要从时代前提、现实需求、立足点选择、教学途径拓宽、教师综合素质提升以及构建社会层面的社会运行机制等多方面寻求对策、总结经验、创新机制,使高校思想政治教育课收到良好效果。
