论一代白话诗人的形式探索——以诗的声调建设为中心

"声调"是胡适等人为建设白话新诗而特别关注的一个重点。他们试图用双声叠韵来改善白话诗的音节,认真学习古乐府、词曲和歌谣的声调,甚至提出过填皮簧的设想。总体上看,白话诗人对声调的"试验"并不成功,理论探讨也并未达到相应的深度。值得注意的是,白话新诗声调建设的种种努力虽然有新的文学史观念作为支撑,却更多是从旧诗创作和欣赏习惯出发的,是有意无意向守旧诗界妥协的结果,显示出在因袭势力强大背景下论证白话新诗合法性的一片苦心。到1940年代,朱自清有力论证了新诗适合朗诵而不适合吟唱,指出新诗虽具音乐性而不能音乐化,为白话新诗声调建设及新诗音乐性问题做出了完满的总结。     

试谈运笔节奏特征

在笔迹鉴定实务中,运笔特征是较难掌握和运用的一种特征,它既有外在的表象,起笔、行笔和收笔,也有内在的笔压力和抑扬顿挫折变化。作者引入音乐术语——节奏,试图使鉴定人对运笔特征的内含有深层次的理解。运笔节奏特征和其它特征一样也是在长期的书写活动中形成的,具有特定性和稳定性。摹仿者可以做到形似,但要摹仿运笔节奏到“神似”难度就大了,因此,体会并运用运笔节奏特征对摹仿笔迹鉴定是有重要意义的。     

基于钟基因Clock和Bmal1调控探究辰时针刺自发性高血压大鼠的降压机制

目的 以自发性高血压大鼠（spontaneous hypertensive rat,SHR）为观察对象,探究针刺降压的钟基因调控作用。方法 将24只SHR随机分为针刺组和模型组,12只Wistar-Kyoto（WKY）大鼠作为正常组。针刺组选择辰时针刺SHR双侧曲池、足三里穴,模型组和正常组仅接受与针刺组同等强度的捆绑操作。4周后,各组分别在辰、酉时随机抽取6只大鼠,测量鼠尾收缩压（systolic blood pressure, SBP）和舒张压（diastolic blood pressure, DBP）,然后检测血清5-羟色胺（5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT）、褪黑素（melatonin, MT）的含量以及心脏生物钟基因Clock和Bmal1的表达水平。结果 分组因素对SBP、DBP、血清MT含量、Clock表达结果的RQ值、Bmal1表达结果的RQ值的主效应均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,时辰因素对各指标的主效应和两者的交互作用均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。模型组辰、酉两个时辰的SBP和DBP均高于正常组（P<0.05）,针刺组辰时的SBP和DBP及酉时的SBP均低于模型组（P<0.05）。模型组辰时MT含量较正常组降低,5-HT含量较正常组升高（P<0.05）,针刺组辰时MT含量较模型组升高,5-HT含量较模型组降低（P<0.05）;针刺组酉时的MT含量较模型组升高（P<0.05）。针刺组辰时心脏Clock基因表达水平和酉时心脏Bmal1基因表达水平较模型组升高（P＜0．05）。结论 辰时针刺可以降低SHR的“双峰”血压,其作用机制可能与提高血清MT含量,减少5-HT含量以及提高心脏Clock和Bmal1基因的表达水平有关。     

Review: The physiology of saliva and transfer of drugs into saliva

Although saliva or oral fluid “lacks the drama of blood, the sincerity of sweat and the emotional appeal of tears”, quoting Mandel in 1990 [I.D. Mandel, The diagnostic uses of saliva, J. Oral Pathol. Med. 19 (1990) 119–125], it is now meeting the demand for inexpensive, non-invasive and easy-to-use diagnostic aids for oral and systemic diseases, drug monitoring and detection of illicit use of drugs of abuse, including alcohol. As the salivary secretion is a reflex response controlled by both parasympathetic and sympathetic secretomotor nerves, it can be influenced by several stimuli. Moreover, patients taking medication which influences either the central nervous system or the peripheral nervous system, or medication which mimic the latter as a side effect, will have an altered salivary composition and salivary volume. Patients suffering from certain systemic diseases may present the same salivary alterations. The circadian rhythm determines both the volume of saliva that will and can be secreted and the salivary electrolyte concentrations. Dietary influences and the patient's age also have an impact on composition and volume of saliva. The latter implies a wide variation in composition both inter- and intra-individually. Sampling must therefore be performed under standardized conditions. The greatest advantage, when compared to blood sample collection, is that saliva is readily accessible and collectible. Consequently, it can be used in clinically difficult situations, such as in children, handicapped and anxious patients, where blood sampling could be a difficult act to perform.     

针刺对正常及佐剂性关节炎家兔血浆5—羟色胺昼夜节律的影响

本文观察了正常和佐剂性关节炎家兔血浆５ ＨＴ昼夜节律变化以及针刺对其影响。结果表明，正常家兔血浆５ ＨＴ存在着典型昼夜节律变化，且针刺对其影响不大；模型家兔血浆５ ＨＴ浓度升高，存在着峰相位、振幅都不同的病理性节律，针刺能使它向正常节律转化。     

论舞蹈艺术中气息的运用及其重要性

在舞蹈艺术中，气息的作用是不可忽视的。气息通常指呼吸。呼吸分为自然呼吸和艺术呼吸。自然呼吸是指人类维持生命所进行的本能的呼吸；而艺术呼吸则是在做动作的过程中以自然呼吸为基础，经过控制、处理，合理地把握及运用的呼吸。不同的呼吸可以表达不同的思想感情。它不仅给舞蹈人物形象以生命，还赋予了它特有的心理倾向。气息在民族民间舞、中国古典舞、芭蕾舞及现代舞中都有着不可替代的作用。

论《三国演义》赤壁之战的叙事节奏

节奏是作品内在的旋律.赤壁之战的节奏包括三个部分:一是言语与语言.赤壁之战的语言可分为叙述性言语和人物言语.这两个部分不但创造了赤壁之战的艺术审美情境,而且还?构 起到提升<三国演义>艺术质量的作用.二是时间与空间.作者用八回的篇幅写赤壁之战,将短时间内发生的事情拉长,多层面地强调空间在故事中的作用,形成了独特的时空节奏.三是情节与非情节.情节与非情节作为赤壁之战的叙事节奏,不但决定了故事的发展速度,而且创造了独特的审美情境.

Correlation of Molecular Expression with Diel Rhythm of Oviposition in Calliphora vicina (Robineau-Desvoidy) (Diptera: Calliphoridae) and Implications for Forensic Entomology

This study explored the molecular mechanisms potentially underlying blow fly nocturnal oviposition. A behavioral study revealed that Calliphora vicina (Robineau-Desvoidy) (Diptera: Calliphoridae) possesses a diel rhythm of oviposition in light under 12:12 light/dark conditions. Reversal to 12:12 dark/light resulted in oviposition behavior changing to align with the adjusted regime in most females, but four of 59 experimental females lacked a diel rhythm of oviposition (were arrhythmic). Real-time PCR was used to monitor the molecular expression levels of known circadian genes per and tim in C. vicina to determine whether gene expression and behavior correlated. As with behavior, reversing light/dark conditions changed rhythmic gene expression to align with an adjusted light regime. This suggests that although it is unlikely that C. vicina will colonize dead bodies at night, arrhythmic females and oviposition in the dark was demonstrated.
