探讨脚长、手长及相关部位与身长的相关关系。对 489名男女青年进行了脚长、脚掌宽、手全长、食指长、中指长、小指长和身长的测量 ,并将测量数据输入计算机中进行回归分析。结果表明 :男性各项指标与身长具有一定的线性关系 ,呈直线正相关。其直线回归方程包括 :(1) y =93 5 5 + 3 2 6x (用脚长推测身长 ) ;(2 ) y =130 79+4 18x (用脚掌宽推测身长 ) ;(3) y =76 15 + 5 33x (用手全长推测身长 ) ;(4)y =10 8 6 1+ 8 76x (用食指长推测身长 ) ;(5 )y =94 85 + 9 47x (用中指长推测身长 ) ;(6 ) y =12 0 79+ 8 6 8x (用小指长推测身长 )。女性手全长和中指长两项测量指标与身长具有一定的线性关系。其直线回归方程包括 :(1) y =119 86 + 2 44x (用手全长推测身长 ) ;(2 )y =12 9 89+ 4 0 8x (用中指长推测身长 )。女性的脚长、脚掌宽、食指长、小指长等 4项测量指标与身长的线性关系不明显 ,其推测身长的方程式不宜应用 相似文献

As surveillance cameras are increasingly installed, their films are often submitted as evidence of crime, but very scant detailed information such as features and clothes is obtained due to the limited camera performance. Height, however, is relatively not significantly influenced by the camera performance. This paper studied the height measurement method using images from a CCTV. The information on the height was obtained via photogrammetry, including the reference points in the photographed area and the calculation of the relationship between a 3D space and a 2D image through linear and nonlinear calibration. Using this correlation, this paper suggested the height measurement method, which projects a 3D virtual ruler onto the image. This method has been proven to offer more stable values within the range of data convergence than those of other existing methods. 相似文献

为解决高空抛坠物侵权案件中侵权人查找难题,我国《民法典》第1254条第3款为公安机关增设了调查权。该调查权应当被定性为侵权调查权,不同于公安机关固有的治安调查权和刑事侦查权。作为我国《民法典》中的公法规范,调查权条款的正当性不仅源于理论层面的积极面向的辅助原则,更在于其对权利保障的现实意义。高空抛坠物致人损害行为的复合属性与公安机关兼具行政机关与司法机关的双重定位导致侵权调查权与治安调查权和刑事侦查权难免竞合,这对公安机关提出了新的要求。该调查权条款的适用主要产生两个法律效果:一是受害人的调查义务转移到了公安机关,前者的调查义务得以免除;二是“依法及时”和“查清责任人”的目标指向引发了调查不作为的认定问题。 相似文献

The present study is based on a sample of 100 normal healthy Punjabi males from Patiala, Punjab, India. Each subject has been studied for three anthropometric measurements: stature, hand length and hand breadth. The data have been subjected to statistical computation for the statistical constants like mean values, standard deviation, standard error of mean, test of significance (test of normal deviates) and regressions. The data have been studied for somatometry pertaining to height, hand length and hand breadth. Bilateral symmetry in both the measurements, hand length and hand breadth, indicate insignificant variations. Regression equations have been computed and regression lines have been drawn for the estimation of stature from somatometry of hand. 相似文献
