鼻咽癌证型与颈淋巴结肿大关系的临床观察

In order to explore the relation between symptom-complex and cervical lymphadeneclasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), 387 cases were separated into several groups and cervical lymphadeneclasis was examined and measured. The authors found that if cervical lymphadeneclasis was not detected, the rates of Fire-toxin syndrome and syndromes relating to blood stasis ( SRBS) were higher than other syndromes ( P<0.05 ). If thediameter of cervical lymphadeneclasis was less than 3cm,no significan tdiffe-reace was discovered among all syndromes,and if the diameter wsa more than 3cm,the rates of syndromes relating to phlegm was much higher than that of SRBS(P<0.01). Such results indicate that different condition of cervical lymphadeneclasis is associated with different syndromes. Therefore,we conclude that cervical lymphadeneclasis should be determined and used as one of the reference parameters of differentiation of NPC.     

犀黄丸对火毒血瘀型鼻咽癌放射治疗患者生活质量的影响

目的 观察犀黄丸对火毒血瘀型鼻咽癌放射治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法 将60例鼻咽癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组仅接受放射治疗,实验组加用犀黄丸口服。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分,比较两组患者生活质量改善情况及不良反应。结果 两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均显著降低（P<0.05）,实验组中医证候积分下降程度大于对照组（P<0.05）;实验组患者生活质量的改善优于对照组（P<0.05）;实验组总不良反应率（50.00%）与对照组（73.33%）比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 犀黄丸可改善鼻咽癌患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,减少放射治疗的不良反应。
