对精神控制者及其家庭提供心理支持的思考

被破坏性膜拜团体精神控制受害者的心理成长工作，在西方国家被一些学者称为“脱教”，这个过程是一个人心理成长的重要阶段。成长是人一生的课题，一个人的成长必须靠自身的觉醒和努力，拒绝成长单靠外界的压力，是很难实现成长的。因此，这是一项涉及许多方面、非常艰难的工作。这里仅从完善家庭支持系统与被破坏性膜拜团体精神控制受害者的心理成长的角度提出我们的一些看法。     

网络文化必须承担反邪教的责任

网络既是一种经济运行方式,又是一种文化现象。网络文化既区别于传统文化,又是在传统文化基础上的文化裂变,具有体系的开放性、形式的结构性、内容的动态性和制约的松散性等特性,全方位地冲击和影响了传统文化。针对"法轮功"等邪教组织的网络"信息轰炸"、"文化殖民"、"信息恐怖"和"信息欺诈"的威胁与挑战,在互联网为代表的信息技术时代,深化反邪教斗争中,必须以"三个代表"重要理论和科学发展观为指导,更好地确立反邪教网络文化理念;拓展平台,积极开展丰富多彩的反邪教网络文化活动;突出重点,建设权威网站,打造反邪教网络文化精品;科学整合资源,建设反邪教网络文化体系。     

An exploratory study in methods of distinguishing destructive cults

Abstract

Drawing extensively on academic and anti cult literature and paying particular attention to theories of how cults become destructive, this small-scale exploratory study deconstructed 25 cults into a number of constituent behaviours, practices and beliefs. A preliminary multivariate analysis revealed that 7 behaviours might form the basis of discriminating destructive from more benign cults. These 7 behaviours, which were most closely correlated with overt destructive acts (mass suicide and mass murder) did distinguish the five demonstrably destructive religious cults (Aum Shinri Kyo. Order of the Solar Temple, Brunch Davidians, Heaven's Gate, Jim Jones Jonestown) associated with major loss of life from the remaining 20 cults examined. The exception to this was The House of Yahweh, which was not theoretically classified as destructive but was empirically classified as such in this analysis. The study demonstrated clear patterns of behaviour and beliefs that are at variance with those identified by other authors who have adopted a more conceptual approach.     

邪教型犯罪概念与特征分析

邪教型犯罪是指行为人由于信仰扭曲,并且在追求和维护这种偏激性、敌视性、破坏性迷信邪说心理状态支配实施的各种犯罪行为。邪教型犯罪具有独特的犯罪心理形成和发展机制,同时具有不同于普通犯罪的行为特征。     

The German Enquete Commission on Sects: Political Conflicts and Compromises

This paper deals with the enquete commission on sects and cults established by the German Budestag (Federal Parliament) from 1996 to 1998. The author, who was appointed as an expert member of the commission, explains the public pressure leading to its establishment and the political considerations restricting its work. Although the majority of the commission was convinced of the harmful nature of cults, it was not possible to find any evidence of unlawful activites. Scientific research authorized by the commission modified the prevailing view of the dangerous influence of new religious movements. The final report of the commission is a political compromise denying any danger to the State and society posed by cults, but at the same time it demands new legislation to deal with them.     

中国邪教立法沿革研究

我国历史上的不同朝代,都有对邪教和邪教性质组织的立法。而现代,为维护国家安全、社会稳定,邪教立法也显得尤为紧迫。通过对古代邪教立法的研究,与现代邪教进行对比,可以使人们认清邪教本质,进而倡导科学,抵御邪教,以促进国家立法机关加快邪教立法进程。     

CBRN Incidents: Political Regimes,Perpetrators, and Targets

This article investigates the relationship between regime characteristics and the likelihood of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) terrorist incidents. Odds ratios establish that democratic ideals—democratic rule, strong rule of law, and honest regimes—are associated with more CBRN incidents. Failed states may be where some terrorist groups form or take refuge, but these states have not been the venue of choice for CBRN incidents. Religious (cults and fundamentalists) and nationalist/separatist groups are not more likely than others to engage in CBRN attacks. To date, indiscriminate CBRN attacks are as likely as discriminate attacks to cause casualties. Transnational terrorist groups are less adept than others in concealing their acquisition of CBRN substances. For some regressions, democratic rule and strong rule of law are positive determinants of CBRN incidents.     

析制作、传播计算机病毒等破坏性程序罪

由于计算机技术和应用的日益广泛化、社会化 ,全社会对它的依赖程度越来越高 ,因而制作、传播计算机病毒等破坏性程序的行为 ,对社会造成的危害就不可估量。目前 ,计算机病毒等破坏性程序的传染性、隐蔽性和破坏性对计算机信息系统的危害日趋严重 ,遭受过这些破坏性程序攻击的计算机系统 ,轻则造成个人数据丢失、计算机不能正常运行 ,重则引起不同范围内的秩序混乱 ,例如引起政府、金融、交通等社会管理部门无法运作或陷入混乱 ,乃至引发社会动乱 ,等等。     

邪教违法犯罪活动的趋势及处置对策

在我国政府打击取缔的高压态势下,邪教的违法犯罪活动得到了有效遏制,但其违法犯罪活动具有顽固性和长期性的特点。传统与现代相结合、城市与乡村相结合、境内与境外相结合、公开与秘密相结合是邪教违法犯罪活动的基本方式与趋势。必须建立健全情报信息汇总研判分析机制,提高预警能力;坚决依法取缔和摧毁邪教组织体系及地下活动网络;深入开展侦察控制工作;加强反邪教的社会管理综合治理工作,维护社会和谐稳定。
