对古代皇宫贵族女性文化教育的考察

中国古代皇宫贵族的文化教育自先秦时代至清末一直断断续续地存在并开展着,且有其相应的规章与体系。在当时的社会历史环境下,通过这一教育,虽然在皇宫和贵妇中培养了一些女性人才,但由于这一教育只是对极少数女性的教育,也是一种特权式的教育,故而对古代女性整体文化水平的提高几乎没有起到任何的作用。

初唐时期的祥瑞与雅颂文学

初唐时期统治者对天降祥瑞表现出极大的兴趣和政治依赖,受其影响不但产生了大量润色鸿业、歌颂祥瑞的表奏赋颂,而且渐渐形成了初唐诗歌"观照自然"的一种普遍的心理状态,确立雅颂文学写作的基本感发方式.在具体的景物描写以及咏物的过程中,也着重强化融和绚丽的嘉祥气氛,甚至表现民间生活的风物之美,佛寺道观的福地圣域都受到这种心态的影响.     

The Guardian and Press Reform: a Wheel Come Full Circle

In the decade 2008–18, between the eruption of the phone hacking scandal and the cancellation of part two of the Leveson Inquiry, the editorial position of The Guardian on press regulation went from indifference to demanding wholesale reform, and then back to indifference and even active opposition to change. Inevitably, this entailed reversals and contradictions, yet these were not acknowledged to the newspaper’s readers, who are left with a misleading impression of continuity. This study, by an academic and journalist who campaigned for regulatory reform throughout this period, aims to shed light on The Guardian’s 360‐degree progression by reference to its editorials and other published statements.     

论先秦优语与西汉散体赋的渊源

分体研究汉赋的起源问题，已成为学界的共识。散体赋在它的发展形成过程中，必然要吸收其他文体的某种因素。经过爬梳、分类研究先秦时期的优语事例，发现它们与散体赋的本质特征存在众多的一致性，从中可以看出先秦优语与散体赋存在着独特的承继关系。在从优语发展到散体赋成熟形式的过程中，屈原之赋是先导之风，而宋玉之赋和苟卿之赋起到了重要的桥梁作用，这使我们看到从优语发展到文人之赋的鲜明轨迹。

本文运用人类文化学、行政学和历史学等学科研究方法对武则天皇权在其性别角色、皇权和公共行政等方面的合法性进行论述,以此展示女性公共行政的魅力以及在人类文化和公共行政领域所发挥的积极作用.     

Speaking the Unspeakable,Naming the Unnameable: The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse

ABSTRACT

The establishment of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse followed years of lobbying by survivor groups, damning findings from previous inquiries, and increasing societal recognition of the often lifelong and intergenerational damage caused by child sexual abuse. Through extensive media coverage, the Royal Commission brought into public view the reality that the sexual abuse of children was widespread, and its recommendations are prompting organisational, policy, and legislative reform. This article explores the background to the Royal Commission, situating it within the history of previous inquiries and growing community outrage at the failure of institutions to adequately protect children and respond appropriately when abuse occurs. The article explores the ways in which the Royal Commission, more so than previous inquiries, brought child sexual abuse into public discourse. It also serves as an introduction to this special issue of the Journal of Australian Studies, which illustrates how the Royal Commission has fostered new scholarship across a range of disciplines as researchers engage with complex issues related to institutional child sexual abuse, its history, causes, impacts, and the important role of inquiries in confronting it.     

King Wenceslas’ relations with the Teutonic Order in light of the dispute over the Archbishopric of Riga (1392–1397)

King Wenceslas of the Romans (1378–1400) and of Bohemia (1378–1419) supported the Teutonic Knights, but his involvement in the Eastern Baltic region during the 1390s turned him into an enemy of the Knights. This paper argues that the change in Wenceslas’ policy was solely in the interests of his courtier Duke Swantibor of Pomerania-Stettin, who sought to establish his son as Archbishop of Riga. Wenceslas’ support for Swantibor owed to the traditions of courtly favor and instability in Bohemia, not out of any personal grudge against the Knights, as was claimed in earlier historiography.     

汉代俗赋与中国古代小说发生研究

<神乌赋>的出土让学界注意到汉代俗赋文体的存在.<韩朋赋>残简是其佐证,汉代大量说书俑的出土是其旁证.由此推想,汉代文献中有一些夹杂韵体的故事应该也是对俗赋的记录.这些俗赋讲诵虚拟故事,演绎历史传说,具有一定的小说特征,在中国古代小说发生研究中,也应居于一席之地.
