| 摘 要： | 北京市教委组织的精品教材建设工作 ,涉及教育主管部门、作者、高等学校、出版社四方的不同利益 ,四方为了实现自身利益的最大化而采取了不同的行为方式 ,四方利益的冲突在所难免。在这场博弈中 ,北京市教委必须采取一定的措施 ,以保证精品教材建设工作初衷的实现。
