| 摘 要： | 搞好在职公安民警培训教学必须注意以下几个方面问题:一是教学内容的确定;二是教学原则的遵循;三是教学方式、方法的采用;四是成绩的考核;五是教学师资的进修。只有这样,才能保证公安民警培训的教学质量,真正使公安民警学有所得、学有所用。
