大学生就业难现象解析

大学生就业难,是当今社会一个严峻的现实,但这并不表明我国培养的大学生已经过剩.其深层原因在于:高校的专业设置和培养模式同社会的需求不相适应;大学毕业生的就业观不适应我国高等教育从精英阶段向大众阶段的转变;社会以及高校为大学毕业生求职提供的就业咨询信息服务等就业指导体系尚不健全.化解就业难,从根本上讲,是要发展经济、创造更多的就业岗位.

Analysis of the Phenomenon of Difficult Employment for University Students

Difficulty for employment of university students is a stern fact in today's society, but it does not mean that the university students educated in China have amounted to the redundancy limit. Its deep reason might be specified at the following facets: program arrangement and the pattern of education at universities cannot meet the needs of society; employment concept held by many university students is inappropriate to the transition of higher education in China from elite cultivation to mass education; system of job placement and information service offered by both university and society is discrete. Solution to the difficulty of employment for university students in China requires in nature economic development and more job opportunities to be created.
