检察理论研究三十年

检察机关恢复重建30年来,我国的检察理论研究在最高人民检察院的大力推动下经历了从恢复、发展到繁荣的阶段.30年来的检察理论研究在检察学学科建设、法律监督基本原理等方面都取得了显著进展;然而尚有一些诸如检察制度的理论基础、刑事诉讼构造与检察官的法律地位等一系列重点、焦点问题仍需进一步研究和探讨;30年的检察理论研究历程为我们积累了宝贵经验,也为今后的研究指明了方向.
