解放战争时期土改整党中晋察冀区村干部阶级成分问题的由来

围绕村干部阶级成分问题,抗战时期晋察冀根据地干部出现两种意见:一种认为不能单纯从阶级成分出发分析问题,村干部阶级成分中农化并不值得大惊小怪;一种则认为凡是村干部出现问题即因为其阶级成分出现问题。1947年至1948年土改整党中后一种意见为刘少奇同意,并成为全国土地会议的决议。
