从社会工作视角看智障儿童家庭社会支持体系建设--上海市某区残联智力亲友会发展探索

智障人群服务是我国残疾人服务中很薄弱的一环，智障人群及家属从社会及政府获得的援助和支持非常有限，更多是由家庭来承受这份不幸和责任。本文以上海市某区残联智力亲友会的发展为基础，尝试从社会工作的角度，探索智障儿童家庭社会服务体系如何建设，以更好地为智障人士及家庭服务。

On Social Supporting System Construction of Mental Disabled Children Families from the Angle of Social Work

Service for mental disabled people is a very weak link among the services for disabled people in China. They and their relafives can only receive limited aid and supports from society and government, but more misfortune and responsibility. Based on the development of relatives and friends association for mental disabled people in Shanghai, the author tries to explore the way to construct social service system for mental disabled children families from the angle of social work, for the aim of better service for mental disabled people and their families.
