Marx's Critique Theory of Property Rights is not only the part of history of western thought,but also different from the mainstream theory of property right.Unlike the mainstream property fights theory,Marx did not "prove"but "falsify"the relationship of private property as capital.On the basis of distinguished "the relationship of private property as labor" and "the relationship of private property as capital",he did not want to prove the internal "identity"between private property and personality,but "separation"from each other.In his view,"in capitalist society,property rights are anti-personality",and capitalists controlled and monopolized private property was "destroyed rather than cultivated personality"for the proletariat.On the whole,Marx's cognition and critique of private property has gone through the process from the perspective of speculative philosophy or metaphysics in his youth to the perspective of social philosophy in the transitional period,then to the perspective of Critique of political economy in the mature period.Marx's Critique Theory of Property Rights are still of timeliness in the era of capital globalization.
