城市空间的社区类型及其治理机制研究

城市扩展过程中因时空差异会形成多层次、多样化的空间区域,空间区域的结构分化塑造了不同类型城市社区的存在。在由城市中心向外扩展过程中依次形成了均质型社区、异质性社区、并制型社区以及转制型社区的空间布局。不同类型的社区内因空间结构与社会关系结构的差异产生不同的治理结构,社区会根据内外因素的影响,尤其是在国家权力与市场自发配置的综合作用下,形成不同类型的治理机制。一体化治理、多元化合作治理、平行式治理以及村治模式是各类型社区适应社区制度环境形成的不同类型治理机制。

Research on Community Types and Governance Mechanism of Urban Space

In the process of urban expansion,different spatial and temporal differences will form a multi-level and diverse spatial region.The structural differentiation of spatial regions shapes the existence of different types of urban communities.In the process of outward expansion from the city center,the spatial layout of homogeneous communities, heterogeneous communities,and system-based communities and transformed communities is formed in turn.Different types of communities have different governance structures due to differences in spatial structure and social relationship structure. The community will form different types of governance mechanisms based on the influence of internal and external factors, especially under the combined effeet of state power and market spontaneous allocation.Integrated governance,diversified cooperative governance,parallel governance and village governance model are different types of governance mechanisms formed by various types of communities to adapt to the community institutional environment.
