论社区矫正的价值诉求

在刑罚制度已经从以监禁刑为主的阶段进入了以非监禁刑为主的全球化大背景下,我国也开始对世界行刑社会化趋势做出积极的应对,并对我国刑罚执行制度进行新探索。这对于巩固和发展民主团结、生动活泼、安定和谐的政治局面服务,对于积极推进民主法制建设,对于为社会主义政治文明服务,对于为全面建设小康社会服务,对于推动司法改革、加强政法工作,优化我国的法制环境都具有非常重要的价值。本文主要从社区矫正的人文、社会、经济、理论四个方面来探讨社区矫正的价值诉求。

On value demand rectifies of community corrections

On the global background of the penal system that changed from the sentence of imprisonment to the noncustodial sentence, China has started to make a positive response to the socialization of execution in the world and explored new punishment system in China. It is of a very important value for consolidating and developing a democratic and united, lively, stable and harmonious political situation, for promoting the building of the democratic and legal system, for serving the socialist political civilization, for comprehensively building a well -off society, for promoting judicial reform and strengthening of political and legal work and for optimization of China's legal environment. This paper explored the value demands of Community Corrections mainly from the human, social, economic and theoretical aspects of community corrections.
