| 摘 要： | 网上仲裁的出现不仅是在形式方面对传统仲裁的突破,更是需要人们来认识既有的仲裁法律制度所面临的新课题,包括:在线仲裁协议的形式要求,网上仲裁的仲裁地问题,网上仲裁裁决及其撤销、承认与执行以及网上仲裁是否适用现有的国内和国际仲裁法律制度。

They are: the form of online arbitration agreement;the location of online arbitration;the online arbitration award and its withdrawal,recognition and enforcement;the application of existing internal and international arbitration legal system in the background of online arbitration. |
