| 摘 要： | 外来务工青少年犯罪心理的生成有其主体和环境两方面的原因。主体方面受错误的人生观、不健全的认知结构、较差的消极情绪控制能力、明显的个体矛盾性、法律意识淡薄、较低的犯罪感等因素的控制;环境方面受家庭因素、学校因素、社会因素等因素的影响。全面分析这些因素,有助于了解外来务工青少年犯罪心理产生的原因和演进过程,对防范外来务工青少年犯罪大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Emergence of criminal psychology has two reasons, on one hand, subjective problems such as wrong life standpoint, obvious individual confusion, and weak legal awareness;on the other hand, objective problems such as bad influences from family, school and socicty. all in All, analysis of these factors are helpful to understand the causes and changing process to avoid would-be crimes. |
