| 摘 要： | 提高农民整体素质,是建设社会主义新农村的关键所在。农民整体素质较低,严重影响了农业生产和农村经济社会的发展。所以,必须加强农民的基础教育、职业教育和思想道德法纪教育,努力培养适应新农村建设的新型农民。

| Abstract: | The improvement of farmers' all-round quality turns out to be the key of the construction of socialist new villages.The lower quality of farmers seriously effected agricultural production and rural economic growth.Therefore,we should promote the farmers' basic,professional,ideological and moral education so as to make effort to cultivate new type farmers for the construction of new villages. |
