| Abstract: | Intelligence data and information for group events is the basic work unit to early warn and handle complex situations aptly. In order to strengthen the administration of dynamic information to carry the policing work a step forward, government organizations should deepen the understanding and make their work better on the leading position of intelligence for mass incidents. |
