| 摘 要： | 第三部门的发展与社会资本的构建之间存在着内在的依赖与制约关系。改革开放以来,我国第三部门发展迅速,但总体而言,当前第三部门在发展中仍面临许多困境,这在很大程度上制约了我国社会资本的构建。积极培育第三部门、推动公民社会的成长,是提升我国社会资本存量的必然选择。
