| 摘 要： | 新时期高校大学生思想政治教育工作的根本在于坚持以人为本。一要重视大学生的内在心理需要;二要考虑大学生的个体差异;三要注重大学生的自我教育;四要建立科学的教育机制。另外还要注意将大学生思想政治教育工作付诸实践。

| Abstract: | People-oriented concept is essential to ideological and political education of college students.Specifically speaking,it is mainly concluding some aspects as follows: first,it emphasizes students' psychological needs;second,it concerns their individual differences;third,it stresses their self-education;fourth,it builds up scientific education mechanism.In addition,attention should also be paid to put this concept into practice. |
