Reflections on the Undergraduate Management of Police Colleges

Due to different education aims,the undergraduate management of police colleges differs greatly from that of common colleges.The development of the society also puts forward new demands for talent cultivation.In order to show distinct features,the student management of police colleges should attach importance to increasing students’ sense of independent management as well as combining strict management with taking humans as essentials;the relations between freedom and order should be dealt with correctly to promote harmonious management;humane care and psychological counseling should be stressed on to promote educating police with culture and cultivate qualified and loyal preparatory police.
