农村消费安全的法律思考——从农村“销废”谈起

发展经济,开拓农村巨大的消费市场与保障农村消费者的权益应该同步进行。我国对农村消费者的保护是一个薄弱环节,大多数农村消费者安全受到程度不同的损害。在建设社会主义新农村的大环境下,应从法律的角度,通过提高农民消费者素质;采取专门措施;设立维权机构;建立消费者组织;加强舆论监督等措施,来保障农村的消费安全。

On the Law to Protect Safe Consumption in Rural Area

Equal attention should be paid to developing rural economy,enlarging rural market and protecting rural consumers.However,in today's China,the rural consumers are in most week position,whose rights are easily damaged.In the building of new socialist countryside,it still stands as an urgent topic as how to guarantee safe consumption in rural area by improving the quality of rural consumers and taking some efficient measures.
