| 摘 要： | "款"是侗族法文化的核心要素,其中的款约更是侗族法文化的集中体现。传统款约经历了石头文本、款词文本和碑刻文本三个阶段,而今则通过村规民约的形式得以传承。随着汉文化影响的深入和中央政治统治的加强,侗族社会款约的作用在逐渐减弱,侗族人民对法律的理解也发生了转变。
