对外汉语教师专业发展模式初探

摘    要:随着全世界“汉语热”的升温,传统的对外汉语教师专业素养并不能满足教育工作的需要。只有基于对外汉语教学的社会属性,从职前培养出发,以入职教育为纽带,重视在职培训.经历非关注、虚拟关注、生存关注、任务关注、自我更新关注五个阶段,才能成功构筑对外汉语教师的专业发展模式。

Abstract:The roles that teachers play in teaching Chinese language and literature for foreign students are influenced by the educational social functions so much , how to be a skillful teacher becomes a great problem not only to the school but also to the teacher himself. The essay is mainly focused on the professional development of the teachers teaching foreign students Chinese language and literature, which is a long- term continuous process prolonged in the whole professional life from teachers preparation to in-service training.
