论科技侦查的发展路径及实践反思

借助于科技的力量,现代犯罪愈来愈呈现出智能化、有组织化以及隐密性高的特点。侦查要想获得对犯罪的最终胜利,必须借助于科技手段,实施科技侦查新战略。科技侦查不仅是硬件上的科技化,还必须做到侦查思维、侦查取证以及侦查管理等软件上的科技化。另外,在倡导科技侦查的同时,必须摒弃侦查中的"唯科技论"、"科技决定论",审慎对待侦查中新科技的引入,以做到侦查人员对科技侦查的合理定位。

Reflecting on the Development Path and the Practice of Scientific and Technical Investigation

With the development of science and technology,modern crimes are increasingly showing the features of being intellectualized,organized and covert.To gain the fight against crimes,we need to resort to science and technology and adopt new strategies of scientific and technical investigation.Scientific and technical investigation not only includes modern equipment in hardware but also software like investigative thinking,evidence collection and investigation management.However,we should not depend too much on science and technology.Science and technology should be prudently introduced so as not to influence rational orientation of the investigators.
