| 摘 要： | 我国农村的社会保障始终处于国家社会保障体系的边缘。随着改革开放的深入,建立城乡一体化的社会保障体系更显迫切性。为此,应采取充实完善农村社会保障项目、多渠道筹措资金、社会保障规范化法制化等有效措施,逐步构建城乡一体化社会保障体系。

| Abstract: | China's rural area security has not yet been brought into the country's social security system.With the furthering of reform and opening,it is more urgent to establish the social security system for the integration of urban and rural areas.Therefore,we should take measures to improve projects of rural area security,raise funds through different channels,standardize social security and laws,in order to gradually establish the social security system for the integration of urban and rural areas. |
