| 摘 要： | 我国正在就加入WTO《政府采购协定》进行谈判。政府采购救济机制是整个政府采购制度能否健康运作的关键，我国政府采购的救济机制与《政府采购协定》所要求的救济机制尚有差距，在加入该协定后需要进行修订。

The remedial mechanism on government procurement plays a key role in the entire government procurement; however, the remedial mechanism on China gov- ernment procurement is in need to revise, because of the existing gap with GPA. |
