我国灵活就业的发展与城市化进程的关系探讨

城市化进程是我国社会发展的必经途径,在农村劳动力向城市转移的过程当中,灵活就业方式起到了过渡性的关键作用。农村劳动力在城镇中的灵活就业不但有效解决了城市发展过程中劳动力的结构性不足,而且为自身向城市居民的转化提供了有效的缓冲,提高了其在城市立足的可能性。本文的相关分析表明,大力发展灵活就业对于加快我国城市化进程有着显著的推动作用,文章从制度建设的角度提出了发展灵活就业规模的政策建议。

Discussion on the Relationship Between China's Development of Flexible Employment and the Process of Urbanization

Urbanization is a necessary bridge on the way to China's social development,and flexible forms of employment has played a key transitional role in transferring labors from rural areas to cities and towns.It can not only solve the structural labor shortage in urban effectively,but also serves as an effective buffer in turning rural labors into urban inhabitants,which increases their chances to keep a foothold there.The correlational analysis of this paper proves that greatly promoting the flexible forms of employment can dramatically speeden up Chinese urbanization.Moreover,the paper also puts forward some policy recommendations to enlarge the scale of flexible employment from the perspective of institutional construction.
