Abstract:This thesis analyzes Governmental Personnel Performance Management,which is an important tool for government self-man-agement;it gives suggestions on implementation of performance management and states that the key to make it function well is how to correctly handle two positioning:from performance rating to performance management and from performance evaluation to performance development.
