| 摘 要： | 个人破产管理人是我国《企业破产法》推行的与机构破产管理人并列的管理人选任模式。相对于我国长期推行的清算组集体管理破产案件而言,个人管理人是一种管理破产案件的新模式,而与新企业破产法规定的中介机构集体管理破产案件的主导管理模式相比,个人破产管理人只是机构管理人的一种补充和辅助形式,因此,对个人破产管理人资格、责任承担以及报酬问题均需做进一步探讨。
