| 摘 要： | 当前,全国检察机关案件管理机制改革已进入全面落实阶段。为有效推进案件的集中管理,在下一阶段工作中,检察机关应当以信息化为依托,牢固坚持社会管理创新、社会矛盾化解和公正廉洁执法的理念,推进案件管理机制改革的进一步深化。

| Abstract: | Currently, the reform of the case management mechanism in the national prosecution has entered the implementation phase. To effectively promote the centralized management of the case, in the next phase, the prosecution should be based on the information, firmly adhere to the social management innovation, the settlement of social conflicts and the concept of fair and honest law enforcement to promote the further deepening of the reform of case management mechanism. |
