Evolvement of Competition Theory: Analysis and Conment

As a core theory of economics,competition theory went through a protracted and tortuous development.The classical conception of competition and the conception of competitive equilibrium analyze competition from a static angle and therefore can be categorized as the classical theory of competition.Later,Clark finished the transition from the classical theory to the modern theory of competition.This paper makes an all-round and systematic analysis on modern theories of competition,such as the Chicago School of Economics and the Neo-Austrian School of Economics that analyze competition from a dynamic angle.
