城市化进程中征地制度改革探析

土地问题是农村问题的核心。土地制度是农村的基础制度,而征地制度又是农村土地制度的重要内容。随着工业化、城市化进程的加快,建设用地需求量的不断增加,将不可避免地继续征收大量的农村土地。征收土地直接关系到亿万农民的切身利益,事关社会和谐稳定大局,是当前农村工作的热点和难点。本文从我国征地制度改革的必要性入手,对征地制度改革提出了几点建议。

The Process of Urbanization in the Land System Reform

The rural land system is the foundation system and the land requisition system is an important part of the rural land system.As industrialization and urbanization process accelerated,increasing demand for construction land will inevitably continue to levy a large number of rural land.Land acquisition is directly related to the vital interests of hundreds of millions of farmers,a matter of social harmony and stability is the current hot and difficult to work in rural areas.In this paper,the need for reform of land expropriation system start,for land reform put forward some suggestions.
