On the Constitution of the Accomplice of Standard Status-related Crime

Argument against the accomplice of bribery crime considers who without status could not be joint offender of the bribery crime, while the entire denial viewpoint argues that a person without status may not be accomplice of any standard status crime. These two negational theories have their respective imperfection and disadvantage. In accordance with the inherent criterion of standard status-related crime and penalty theory of the accomplice, those who have not status may be joint offenders such as abettor and accessory of the standard status crime.
