| 摘 要： | 相关司法解释对未成年人的一些轻微犯罪行为作了出罪的规定,但规定的出罪标准不同,也没有相应地规定未成年人出罪后的惩戒和教育措施,不利于司法实践和未成年人的教育改造。文章就此提出了完善未成年人出罪法律制度的建议。
