| 摘 要： | 由于劳动教养制度本身存在立法上的缺陷,因此公安机关在办理劳动教养案件中存在对象不明确、被劳教者几乎不能救济、期限过长、先行羁押措施混乱等问题。就此问题,文章探讨了提高办理劳动教养案件质量的相关对策。

| Abstract: | Due to the limitations of the reeducation-through-labor system itself,there are some problems when the public security organizations start on the case of reeducation-through-labor,such as: the objects are not clear;those being reeducated can hardly get social relief;period of being reeducated are excessively long;the measures of beforehand detainment are confusing.In accordance with these questions,the article probes into the relative countermeasures of improving the qualities of dealing with reeducation-throngh-labor cases. |
