Analysis of the Game in Urban Environmental Governance between the Central Government and Local Governments

The article analyzes the game of the central government and local governments in urban environmental governance. The article also suggests that the local governments should improve the implementation of policies and their service awareness; and central government should give more substance incentives, political promotion incentives to the local governments, promote the use of circular economy and implementation of the accountability system of environmental governance. All these will help improve the urban environment and achieve sustainable socio-economic development.
