日本未成年人犯罪预防对策的启示

目前我国正处于社会转型期，未成年人犯罪率大幅攀升，并且呈现出群体性、突发性、盲目性和严重性等发展趋势，未成年人犯罪已经成为当前我国日益严重的社会问题。本文拟通过对日本未成年人犯罪的现状及特点、犯罪原因和预防未成年人犯罪对策等研究，结合我国的国情，借鉴和学习日本在预防未成年人犯罪工作的有效经验和成功之处。以期为我国有效开展预防及控制未成年人犯罪工作提供有益的参考。

The Enlightenment about Countermeasures of Preventing Minor Crimes in Japan

China is in the period of social transition at present. The minor crime rate has risen sharply, with the group, sudden, blind and serious trends. Minor crimes have already become an increasingly serious social problem in China. Combined with China＇s actual situation, this article aims to draw lessons from the effective experience and successes in the work of preventing minors crimes in Japan in the expectation of providing beneficial references for effectively carrying out the work of preventing and controlling minor crimes in China through studying the current situation~ crime causes and preventive measures of minor crimes in Japan.
