| 摘 要： | 单位故意犯罪的本质特征是整体性，形式特征是程序性。单位故意犯罪意志具有整体性、程序性和双重性三个特征，具有一般形态和特殊形态两种犯罪意志形态。单位犯罪意志的实现机制由于单位犯罪意志形态的不同而不同。

| Abstract: | Integrity is the essential feature of unit deliberate crime, the form characteristics of which is the procedural nature.
