| Abstract: | The right of privacy carries extremely abundant values in law: it can clarify the possession of the interest of privacy;resist power effectively;and accomplish the persona in the general principles of Civil Law.What's more significant is that it can inject new humanity elements for modern people.Clarifying the values of the right to privacy in law is helpful to the legislation of the right to privacy. |
