My opinions on the organization construction of the industrial trade unions

To establish trade unions under the principle of industry-locality combination will effectively embody the industrial and local features,and also represent and defend stalf's interests of different industries.The context has proved that the industrial trade unions are badly needed under the condition of the socialist market economy from multiaspect point of view. In addition,it has listed the existing problems confronted with the trade unions on the organization construction at present, and present some views of the industrial trade unions on the system innovation.
