| 摘 要： | 权利文化是构建高校制度体系和实现权利保障的理论形态，要从多维度解决大学生权利保障问题，亟须明确、恢复并保障高校大学生主体地位，以学生主体权利为核心构建新的权利秩序，实现依法治校与高等教育价值目标的真正耦合。
